We are trying to automate the point calculation process. Having a login will help us to calculate the points more quickly and accurately.
That's okay, you can use a fake address (example: email@example.com). We will not need to email them and if you child is the winner, we will call if the email address isn't a real one.
The system requires a unique email address for each user, but it doesn't need to be a real address.
Forgot your password?
If you used a real email address when registering your child's or your account, then simply click the Forgot your password link on the login form. You will get an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
If you used a fake email address for your child's account, then contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the email address or username of your account and we can reset it manually.
Just want to change your password?
Click My Account in the navigation.
Click the Change Password tab.
Enter your current password and your new desired password and click the green Update Password button.
Nope. Usernames can not be changed, but you can log in using either your username OR your email address.
Please just stick with your current username. If you delete your account and start over with a new username, your current points WILL BE LOST.
Click My Account in the top navigation.
Click the View Profile link under your name.
Click the cog wheel icon on the right.
Click Edit Profile.
You can update your name, birthdate, grade level, parent's name if applicable, and phone number.
Click the green Update Profile button to save.
